Safe Food held one day Dairy Business Focus Workshops on the 5th and 6th of October 2017 with the assistance of Dairy Technical Services, Dairy Australia and Food Standards Australia New Zealand.
Workshop topics covered included:
- Allergen Management & Allergen Recalls
- Food Safety Culture
- Labelling Requirements
- Package Assisting Small Exporters (PASE)
Thirteen businesses actively contributed to the workshops, sharing their experiences and knowledge. From the feedback provided were both informative and beneficial for all participants.
